We're going green

For an event in the spirit of ecology and sustainability, we chose the premises of the flexitarian restaurant Spojka Karlín and the moderator Jiří Mádl. The goal was to connect good food and drink with music and entertainment. Therefore, we chose a tailor-made program that was filled to the brim with unusual experiences:
1.) Presentation of ecological startups (Edible cups, Growing paper, insect sticks, etc.)
2.) Performance by Czech singer, pianist and composer Barbora Mochowa & Unique Quartet
3.) Catering prepared from available local ingredients
4.) Recyclable packaging, leftover food were placed in freely available Save food refrigerators, to prevent food waste and maintain the concept of the event
5.) Push & Play quiz
6.) Musical accompaniment by pianist Václav Tobrman
